Toby, our Technical Assessor – he gets to look into all the new sustainable and energy efficient technologies and work out how to fit them into our home designs.

What's the best advice you've ever received?

Ask questions, consider other perspectives, don't take things personally.

What do you think is the most important skill you bring to your role?

Based on what I get asked to do most, probably Excel automation!

A walk with my girlfriend and the dog, ending at the pub.
