Following our announcement yesterday about reaching the South Coast Property Awards shortlist for our Selborne Park development in Alton – we have more good news to share with you all.

Our Land & Planning Director, Andy Gibbs, has also earned a spot on the shortlist for the prestigious 'Young Property Person of the Year 2024' award.

Andy has been an integral part of Foreman Homes since 2019 and since joining the team, has taken the lead of multiple regeneration sites, several of which are now under construction. A standout achievement during his career is the acquisition and subsequent planning permission for our landmark development in Pagham, providing 350 new homes to the area.

In just five years, he has advanced from a Land Buyer to the position of Head of Department, a testament to his dedication, expertise, and leadership acumen. He now leads a team of professionals that sit across various disciplines of the business including Land Acquisition, Legal and planning. As well as growing his own team, he is always seeking to help others fulfil their potential in a role whilst fostering people's ability to grow and enhance their skills.

Andy's commitment to excellence and fostering talent is truly commendable and his journey
showcases a remarkable ascent in the Land & Planning industry.

Although we won't find out the final results until the award ceremony in June, we will be celebrating Andy's achievement regardless and wish him the best of luck.
