We have some more brilliant news to share you this week. As well being named the Gold Winner for 'Contractor of the Year (contract value over £5m)' at the National Building & Construction Awards, we were also awarded the Silver Winner for 'Residential Developer of the Year'. This was in recognition of our Selborne Park development in Alton and we're delighted that this project has been acknowledged as an attestation to the hard work our team have put into its creation and progression.

Selborne Park is a mixed development project that stands out for its thoughtful design, care consideration of surrounding areas and community orientated approach. Sprawling across three phases, it features 242 thoughtfully laid out units, negotiating the challenges posed by steeply rising levels on the site.

Our dedicated site team maintains a robust relationship with the local authority which includes conducting monthly meetings to ensure transparency, addressing any concerns and providing regular progress updates. We also encourage active involvement from local residents, including them in the development process to ensure we create a community that serves and represents their needs and interests.
